John was born and raised in Perrysburg, Ohio. Graduated from Perrysburg High School and went on to receive a degree in Food Service Management from Owens Technical College. He moved to Cincinnati in 2005 and became the Operations Manager for the Midwest Culinary Institute before taking the Food Service Director position at SFS. Married my wife in 2009. In his spare time he enjoys Bourbon tastings, collecting and listening to records, cooking, and spending time with his wife and cats.
